Hi Johnny, Rocky & Gang,
Irv finally finished the cd of our trip to New Mexico and I got to relive the balloon ride.

It was so great. Really the dream of a lifetime.

If you need some new pictures let me know and I will email you some.

You and your crew do a really great job. I'm a business person and I know the importance of good customer relations and giving quality service.  You manage to give 150% and it's really appreciated.

I hope all is well with you and that you are having a good season. Keep us informed of your film we'd like to follow its progress.

Subject: Hello !!!

Dear Johnny and Debbie,
Perhaps you have already forgotten us --- we hope not !  We haven't forgotten you, or the wonderful fun you helped Marsha and I share on my birthday last week !

The balloon ride was soooooo awesome - the highlight of a truly wonderful trip - so we thank you for that ! There are pictures that we hope to get to you before too long - they turned out great !

Debbie, your brunch was yummy :) , and Johnny- I do miss the abuse of the blonde jokes !  Lots of laughs with really fun people that day.

Carol and Randy are sure looking forward to their trip w/ you in a
couple of months - Can we come ?????  :) just kidding :)   I think it will take us a long while to save up for another jaunt --- sure is easy to buy pottery and jewelry everyplace we stopped.

Tell Rocky and the crew that we said hello --- great guys you work with!

Watch out for spiders and snakes !!!

Back at home in Maryland we're re-living our spectacular balloon flight through out pictures and through telling everyone about our wonderful adventure. It was the highlight of our Southwest vacation. We also found the National Geographic photo of your balloon shadow over the Valley of the Kings in Egypt!

Dear Johnny,

It was such a pleasure to meet you this week! Your humor and personality were incredibly refreshing and your willingness to take us up in the air was so appreciated. My first balloon ride was fantastic! And I'll tell you, upon arriving home and detailing the flight to my husband----- the quite, the gentle lift-off, the landscape, hearing the youngsters on the ground shout with excitement, the sunrise, the feathery landing------- he was just green with envy.

Subject: Greetings from the Lone Star State!

Howdy, Johnny & Debbie!

Just wanted to thank you again for a once-in-a-lifetime experience for our whole family.  I can't do justice in words to the serenity of a pristine landscape at dawn, the silence of a canyon broken only by the song of a running river and the hiss of a balloon gas jet, and (most of all) the warmth and gracious hospitality of folk who feel like blood kin.

After our adventure, I thought of some life lessons and advice that also apply to ballooning:

1. Focus onward and upward...it's the difference between flying and falling.

2. Never put off until tomorrow what you can do today.

3. Every day should hold cause for champagne!

Also, recall that we mentioned you can request a Texas flag that's flown over the capitol by contacting one of your state officials.  You can designate, in advance, that they send you a flag for a specific date...you mentioned November 21st as the anniversary of hot air ballooning.  I have a friend who does this for scouts on a regular basis...he usually asks for a flag to be flown on the day an Eagle scout candidate passes his board of review, and they present the flag to the boy at the Eagle ceremony a month or two later.  There's no cost for this. You can also request flags from the U.S. capitol, too, through a U.S. elected official.

of a precious day creating a memory for the four of us!
